Christy was so nice and was very helpful and reassuring to us with moving my FIL to assisted living. We had to find a place for him quickly and she helped make that happen.

I’m sharing my story to help people out there that are staring into space wondering how do I get the best care for my loved one in this very vast world of elder care.I had the privilege to find Amy after a facility I was looking at suggested I call. Amy was immediately focused on me and my fight to get the best care for my father whose medical condition deteriorated literally over night.We had been in 4 facilities and his condition hadn't improved and we were faced with having to place my father with a weeks notice.Amy came through like an angel you would expect to see in a movie and guided me step by step through the process of taking care of my dad. From her advice, to her phone calls she made to get contacts to reach out to me , to her vast knowledge of the very confusing elder care system, Amy stunned me and I literally had a tear in my eye and I don’t cry.Needless to say my father has been accepted to a fantastic facility that is all about taking care of him the right dignified way that a hard working retiree should be afforded.If you ever need a group to call its Elder Care and I recommend Amy and her coworkers to wrap their arms around you and assist you through the ever confusing world of elderly care.

I do not even know where to begin. I had been trying to find a place for my ex-wife. She has a long history of alcohol abuse and multiple strokes. It has gotten to a point where taking care of her and myself was too overwhelming. A friend of mine introduced us to Amy Caughlin. OMG in large capital letters. I could now write an epic about a three month struggle trying to get my ex into Cottingham. We moved her into a 1 bedroom apartment Friday. It will take time, and this is going to be a journey. Amy was with us the entire time, navigating around all of the obstacles put in the way. She was always enlightening, powerful and strong. Impossible is not in her vocabulary. She has been available anytime we have needed her. One of her many strengths is that she has seen and experienced almost any problem that can come up during this transition.
